Processing Time:

• If no timeframe is specified in the product description, we default to a 7-day shipping period.
• Almost all of our products (99%) are handmade by our studio staff with minimal machine usage. Therefore, most items are shipped approximately 7 days after purchase. Some items may take longer, but this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

• Express Air Shipping: $39.99
• Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• The standard delivery time for all orders is approximately fifteen days (15 days) from the date of shipment.

• Orders are processed within 7 days after purchase, provided the item is not marked with a longer processing time in the product description.
• For urgent orders, express air shipping is available to expedite the delivery process.

Damage Claims:

• We will respond within three days (72 hours), excluding weekends and holidays.
• You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
